This New Moon in Libra is asking us for Balance and for Peace and Harmony within ourselves and our daily lives. It is also a wonderful time to activate your personal goals by observing what you've already harvested in your life and what you're calling in for the Fall. Join us for an evening of Breathwork, Reiki Sound Bath, Journaling, and Meditation.
To begin the evening, Stacey* will be going over her signature Integrated Manifestation technique for your jounaling practice to get you aligned to what you are releasing and calling in, followed by a light meditation, and then 3 rounds of 3-part Active Breathwork. Breathwork is an active meditation technique that uses breath to purge the body and the nervous system of stuck energy and the emotional debri that prevents us from being in highest alignment to our purpose and joy. Breathwork bypasses the intellectual mind, the stress, and the overwhelm which allows the body to maximize healing and transformation so we can find a home in the body and find emotional freedom once again. Stacey will also be performing energy medicine and DNA Activation throughout the Sound Alchemy.
For the second half, guests will be invited to lay down, close their eyes, and carry their New Moon intentions into a 60 minute Sound Bath by The Sound Sorcery*. Reiki-Infused Gongs, Singing Bowls, Crystal Chimes and Chalices are played in-motion, inches away from listeners, sending the sound vibrations deep into the body channels, opening blockages and allowing the mind to rest. Light and dark tones will balance each other in a dynamic soundscape of ocean wave drum and gentle wind chime lullabies, commanding cosmic gong overtures and heavenly harp- along with a fleet of other alchemic healing frequency instruments. The mobile healers move around the listener, bending and guiding crystalline tones into a 3-D wall of sound, activating a dreamlike state of mind. In every chapter of the sound story you will drift deeper into your own personal transformative journey. Afterward, commune and connect while still resonating in the warm community space created.
