Join Drew from The Sound Sorcery playing healing instruments along to the Saturday yoga class, surrounded by the awe-inspiring architecture of Grace Cathedral. Yoga on the Labyrinth is yoga-meets-meditation practice for all levels, and looks and feels like the amazing diversity of San Francisco itself.  

This class will be with yoga instructor Europa (Ro) Grace (they/them) who has been teaching yoga and mindfulness for over a decade. They are a multi-disciplinary artist, audio describer, and cultural competency consultant.

Tickets are required for entry. Doors open at 8:30 am.

Please bring a mat and any other yoga props you wish to use.
