This 60-minute sound bath will focus on mindfulness through sound meditation. It will be a restorative evening that will use sound waves to calm your senses and soothe your mind. You will receive close contact personal sound reiki as you drift away amongst the fresh air of the trees, magical views, and experience a beautiful forest Sound Bath. 🍃
