Join us on amidst the soaring gothic columns and sparkling stained glass windows of Grace Cathedral. Practice appropriate for all levels with our expert instructor Darren Main to live music—a truly unique Yoga in San Francisco experience! We are a cathedral that is dedicated to spiritual healing and social justice.
ABC7’s Localish featured Yoga on the Labyrinth as we returned to in-person practice.
“I think it’s the true spirit of yoga and San Francisco,” explained Stuart Burden, who has attended the session for 10 years and counting. “It is open to all, any level, religion, no religion, come as you are. And you’re welcome here.”
