🌿Sound Bath & Visual Journey inspired by “Forest Bathing”, to improve personal vitality and grounding. 

🌿Sound healers Drew and Kelly of The Sound Sorcery host an evening of sonic bliss to water the seeds of intention in celebration of Spring Equinox! 

🌿The lofty yoga room of Ocean Ave will transform into a relaxing green-lit lush haven with guests laying on the “forest floor” under the warmth of their own blankets. As the music progresses the backdrop will sprout into a verdant forest of visual splendor- with the visual canopy of trees helping to deepen breath and the sound frequencies carrying away mental and somatic blockages. The shelter of gentle sounds cradles listeners like the branches of a great redwood, creating an expanded feeling of safety. Growing into yourself like the rings of an ancient redwood, the sound bath will leave you feeling stronger, grounded in intention, and rooted in clarity.
